Your Tasks
- Responsible for participating in, communicating and representing the brand's influence strategy.
- Responsible, with the Director, for producing global brand influence guidelines and ensuring clear communication internally and to the regions/countries. This includes setting golden rules to follow, brand targets and tribes, tone of voice, content strategy, brand do's & don'ts, pyramid activation, paid vs. organic vs. media split.
- Responsible for orchestrating their team to put in place successful full funnel operational influence activations following the annual roadmap and budget split.
- Responsible for communicating the vision of the Director to the rest of the team and ensuring that each activation is successfully put in place to achieve the objectives. Approval and management of the global agency relations.
- Responsible for creating a KPI framework for influence activations with social analyst.
- Generation of learnings and actions from brand performance tracking and reporting.
- Responsible for the performance analysis of each activation and reporting KPIs to the Director.
- Responsible for the presentation of the global strategy to regions/countries and running official feedback sessions on a regular basis.
Your Profile
- 5+ years of international experience in strategic influence management, preferably in fmcg/ skincare industry.
- Expertise in aligning influence strategies with business objectives and driving global impact.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and building stakeholder buy-in.
- Strong knowledge of marketing communications, social media, and digital trends to drive brand influence.
- Global mindset with experience adapting strategies in dynamic international markets.
- Creative and strategic thinking to develop and execute high-impact influence campaigns.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with experience engaging senior leadership and international teams.
