Head of Sales

Novaris Search are currently partnered with a respected and ambitious TIC service provider in their search for a Head of Sales to help continue their growth across Germany.

This is a hybrid position and will require travel to meet clients.

Role:

• Drive growth across Germany in electrical, automotive, and industrial sectors(EMC Testing)
• Train and manage a team of 6
• Work along side Managing Director to create and implement growth strategies

Requirements:

• 10 years of TIC industry experience - EMC/Wireless Testing
• Ability to quote for key customers
• Previous P&L management experience
• Well connected across electrical, automotive, or industrial markets
