Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Product Operations: Oversee and lead the product operations team to ensure the smooth execution of product development processes from concept to delivery.
• Process Optimization: Develop and implement efficient processes to enhance the speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness of heat pump product development.
• Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineering, R&D, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on product roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Strategic Alignment: Partner with senior leadership to help define and execute long-term product strategies for heat pump solutions, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
• Resource Management: Oversee the effective allocation of resources to product teams, ensuring the right talent is in place to execute on strategic goals and timelines.
• Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in the operational processes supporting heat pump product development, ensuring best practices and maintaining a strong focus on quality and innovation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product operations, product management, or a leadership role focused on operations within a product-driven environment.
• Strong background in product development, with a particular focus on optimizing operational processes and product lifecycles.
• Knowledge of the renewable energy sector (especially heat pumps or HVAC systems) is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a track record of implementing process improvements that drive efficiency and product success.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
