Head of Procurement Controlling (f / m / d)

The position can be filled in full or part time.

Summary

We are looking for a "Head of Procurement Controlling (f / m / d)" for the "Finance and Controlling Operations & Engineering" department at the Oberkochen or Ulm site as soon as possible.

The Finance and Controlling Operations & Engineering department is responsible for the commercial management of the Development, Production, Quality and Purchasing departments.

The activities include both product-related controlling and organization-related controlling such as cost centers and investments. The aim is to increase efficiency and optimize the operational service creation process to achieve business objectives.

Your Tasks

1. Head of the Procurement Controlling department and management of the assigned employees
2. Managing the operational planning process for the Procurement department
3. Rolling determination of personnel and procurement requirements
4. Reporting, evaluation and controlling of inventories
5. Supporting Procurement in the realization of purchasing successes
6. Carrying out target / actual analyses to safeguard operational targets
7. Determining cash outs from procurement processes
8. Assisting with the preparation of monthly / annual financial statements
9. Ensuring regular reporting on the financial performance indicators of the divisions

Your Profile

1. Completed studies in business administration or comparable
2. Several years of experience in finance
3. Experience as a manager
4. Experience in materials management
5. Experience in purchasing controlling
6. Experience in determining requirements for procurement and personnel
7. Very good knowledge of cost accounting
8. Very good knowledge of SAP R / 3 / S4 / HANNA
9. Independent, structured and reliable way of working
10. Assertiveness and very good communication skills
11. Business fluent in German and English
