The Strategic Business Segment Service offers best-in-class solutions that significantly increase the efficiency and performance of our customers. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a senior and experienced Head of Portfolio and Product Manager, who will lead a team to define and innovate the Global Service Portfolio and Products to drive growth, maximize the value and customer enthusiasm of Currency Management Solutions.
The Head of Portfolio and Product Management will lead the strategic development and management of the service product portfolio and product management. This role is responsible for driving the vision and definition of the company's service offerings, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market needs, and customer satisfaction.
In your role, you will directly report to the Head of Strategy and Digital Excellence.
Your Tasks:Business Management and/or engineering degree with MBA.
>10 years of experience in senior international Portfolio/Service Management positions with a high level of complexity.
> 5 years in a leadership role with a strong track record of leading teams, developing and executing strategic product plans, and achieving business results.
In-depth understanding of how to strategically steer and tactically execute in the fields of end-to-end service business management, to achieve P&L targets.
Proven experience in managing a service-based product portfolio.
Experienced in direct and indirect go-to-market streams.
Proven skills in channel management.
Good understanding of end-to-end service delivery.
Familiarity with service design and delivery principles.
Experience in XaaS, technology, or service-oriented business models.
