About the Company
An independent real estate decarbonization platform backed by a Large-Cap Private Equity Fund who are look to scale rapidly and become a European leading decarbonisation partner to the real estate industry. With an ambitious growth strategy focused on buy and build, this organisation is looking to bring in a Head of PMOand PMI to help drive this growth.
The Role
As the Head of PMO and PMI you will play a key role in executing the company’s strategic roadmap and delivering value creation initiatives. You will work across multiple cross-functional projects, supporting the Senior Leadership Team and ensuring a successful delivery of key programmes and successful integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Post-Merger Integration: Lead the seamless integration of acquired businesses and assets, ensuring smooth transitions across technology, operations, and leadership teams.
Value creation plan: Develop and drive value creation plan initiatives in close collaboration with board and shareholder. Drive EBITDA growth by identifying efficiency improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and revenue synergies. Ensure execution of initiatives and implement required KPIs and reporting.
Platform Scalability: Develop and implement systems and processes that allow the company to scale efficiently, particularly in supply chain and supplier and customer engagement
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Ensure that the company’s GTM approach is optimized, leveraging the strengths of its acquisitions while maintaining a cohesive market presence.
Cultural & Leadership Alignment: Address the cultural challenges that come with integrating multiple businesses, ensuring alignment across leadership teams and fostering a unified company culture.
Team & Capability Building: Support talent acquisition and leadership development to strengthen internal capabilities and ensure long-term success.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record in PE-backed companies, particularly in M&A integration and scaling mid-market businesses.
Strong operational background in process optimisation, commercial strategy, and leadership development.
Fluency in German and English
This is a high-impact role that will play a critical part in ensuring that the company transitions from a strong player to a market leader by optimising operations, integrating acquisitions effectively, and driving long-term value creation.
