What you will do:
The main objective is to help us get to 100m€ ARR, globally, in the next 2-3 years. The Partner Channel will play a critical role in hitting this target. You will drive the Partner Channel in the DACH region, with a focus on Full-Service Partners, mainly financial consulting firms and system integrators reselling and implementing Agicap.
Role overview:
The current DACH partnership team has 5 partner managers and 1 partner ops. All will directly report to you, and you will report to the Chief Revenue & Alliance Officer.
We are looking for a very talented and ambitious Partnership leader who wants to have a strong impact in a huge and untapped market. You can be located either in our Berlin office, or work remotely, close to our German partners based in Western Germany, with regular trips to Berlin, and of course to the partners’ offices.
