We are looking for a new colleague in our department Information Technology within ZF Foxconn Chassis Modules, preferred location Debrecen (Hungary), Solihull (UK) or San Luis Potosi (Mexico).

What you can look forward to as Head of Non-SAP Application (m/f/d):

1. Leading the global matrix organisation dedicated to the design, delivery and support of all Non-SAP platforms and applications.
2. Conduct IT Demand Management for ZF Foxconn, establishing effective and efficient processes to deliver projects and IT products according to business requirements and agreed service levels.
3. Enable and actively contribute to Digitalization activities and strategy.
4. Shape and deliver Programs and Roadmaps to implement ZF Foxconn’s strategy together with respective business partners.
5. Derive and manage state-of-the-art IT platforms, information and solution architecture.
6. Deliver required ZF Foxconn Security compliance for IT solutions.
7. Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
8. Drive IT footprint strategy as well as manage costs and external suppliers in the area of responsibility.

Your Profile as Head of Non-SAP Application (m/f/d):

1. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field / relevant experience.
2. Leadership experience of multi-disciplined cross-functional application teams in fast-paced environments.
3. Ability to communicate and influence process experts across the organisation.
4. Experience in management and optimization of application portfolio.
5. Ability to structure complex data / information and aggregate in high-level architecture.
6. Sufficient understanding of cybersecurity / information security to ensure robust and compliant application operation.
7. Knowledge of people management, staff development, coaching and succession planning.
8. Handling stakeholder management in complex innovative environments.
