Responsibilities

  1. Be a Key Voice in Leadership – Join a high-caliber leadership team, contributing to company-wide decision-making and long-term strategic direction.
  2. Shape EquiMatch’s Growth Strategy – Play a pivotal role in defining and executing the company’s expansion plans, ensuring alignment between investor demand and target company origination.
  3. Steer Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with product, marketing, and operations to ensure platform innovation and outreach strategies support revenue growth.
  4. Leverage personal network within the private markets to drive inbound deal flow and investor engagement.
  5. Provide insights on investor preferences and market trends to refine EquiMatch’s positioning and growth.
  6. Outreach to targets – Guide content creation and marketing channels to improve engagement with potential sellers and optimize outreach effectiveness.
  7. Lead and manage the M&A analyst team, engagement with target company owners.
  8. Ensure analysts are equipped with the right messaging, insights, and frameworks to build trust with company owners.
  9. Investor Introductions – Introduce target companies with private investors to maximize transaction probability and alignment of interest.
  10. Design and implement financial models that optimize EquiMatch’s monetization and transaction probabilities.
  11. Identify new revenue opportunities and strategic innovations in investor engagement.

Qualifications

  1. Strong network in M&A and private investment space, with connections to investors and intermediaries.
  2. Proven experience in financial structuring and business model design for private investment transactions.
  3. Hands-on experience in origination and direct engagement with target company owners.

Nice-to-Haves

  1. Experience in startups or high-growth platforms.
  2. Experience in sales, specifically to private investors.
