About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Head of Marketing and Growth to lead all our demand generation efforts. Being part of our leadership team, you’ll directly report to the founding CRO and play a key role in driving growth for our B2B SaaS product. While managing an ambitious team of marketers, you build and execute growth strategies at a global scale that convert ICP leads to amazing sales opportunities.
This is a full-time position with a start date in March/April - the work location is Berlin.
Your responsibilities:
Generate inbound leads: Drive and automate inbound demand growth through all organic, programmatic, and paid channels.
Push business development: Support outbound Bizdev teams with a sharp brand profile, marketing material, thought-leadership content, and spot-on sequences.
Enable the sales team: Collaborate with sales to enforce crystal-clear messaging around pains, benefits, and use cases communicated at any stage of the buyer journey.
Amplify our customer’s success: Work closely with our customer-facing teams to amplify the voice and success stories of our customers in the industry.
Own all marketing analytics: Build, track, report, and action on all demand generation KPIs and funnel analytics to find the best CPLs and CRs per channel.
Lead a great team: Grow and develop a highly motivated team of mid-level marketers and foster a winning team culture where everyone thrives.
Minimum qualifications:
5+ years of work experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
2+ years of experience in leadership roles
Proven track record of high impact on a company’s success through repeatable and predictable marketing strategies
Experience with demand-gen tools such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Clay, 6Sense, etc.
Bulletproof experience with marketing automation, ABM, campaigns, retargeting, a/b testing, landing pages, and content strategies
Deep understanding of funnel analytics, performance measurement, and CPL monitoring.
Bonus qualifications:
Experience with both US and EU GTM motions,
Outbound demand generation enablement experience.
