As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that strengthen the company's growth and market position. This includes the areas of market research, product positioning, branding, communication, online marketing, social media, content marketing and sales.

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of marketing strategies, market launches of new products and market analyses.
• Creation of product and brand strategies, marketing plans and co-operation with product development and sales.
• Designing communication strategies, running advertising campaigns, maintaining the website and social media, writing press releases.
• Implementing online marketing strategies, maintaining and managing social media content and campaigns, analyzing performance with analytics tools.
• Creation and management of content for digital resources, implementation of inbound marketing strategies for lead generation, collaboration with sales.
• Supporting the sales team, carrying out market and customer analyses, attending trade fairs and conferences.
• Creation, management and optimisation of the marketing budget.
• Regular dialogue with international colleagues, the Managing Director and external partners.

Ihr Profil

• A completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field; additional qualifications in medical technology are a plus.
• Several years of experience in marketing, ideally within the medical technology sector or a related industry, with experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with content management systems and marketing automation software; basic skills in graphic design and video production are advantageous.
• Strong knowledge in online marketing, social media, SEO, SEA, email marketing, and content marketing, along with experience using CRM systems and marketing tools, and proficiency in market and customer data analysis, including experience with web analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, creativity and innovation, capability to work independently as well as in a team, high self-motivation, goal-oriented, flexible, and resilient.
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English. Further foreign language skills would be an advantage.
