In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. All corporate law matters, especially regarding the annual shareholders‘ meeting, advice to the executive board, supervisory board and its committees.
2. Advice on capital market requirements, including its compliance, as well as on corporate governance and finance activities.
3. All legal advice regarding mergers, acquisitions and divestment.
4. Global responsibility for corporate housekeeping activities for all affiliates.
5. Leading a team of fully qualified lawyers (m / f / d).

Qualifications

If you are a motivated fully qualified lawyer (m / f / d) with:

1. Significant experience in corporate law and M&A.
2. Proven strong leadership skills.
3. Several years of experience as an in-house counsel.
4. Excellent understanding of economic contexts.
5. Excellent communication skills in German and English in written and spoken form.
6. An independent work style and being a team player.
7. Strong ownership and a convincing appearance.
