Responsibilities

1. IT Strategy & Infrastructure: Align IT with business growth, optimize processes, and develop a future-proof IT landscape.
2. IT Security: Implement, monitor, and enhance security standards, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
3. Project Management: Lead IT projects from planning to execution, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
4. Support & Service Management: Oversee IT support, enhance helpdesk efficiency, and implement best practices in incident management.
5. Team Leadership: Manage and develop a five-person IT team, identifying training needs and fostering growth.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Project Management/ Team Lead experience
2. IT Strategy
3. Expertise in Data and cybersecurity (ISO 27001/ GDPR/ SOC concept)
4. Optimization of IT Infrastructure
5. Netsuite ERP System Experience
