I’m hiring a Head of Influencer Marketing & Cooperations for an extremely well-funded, profitable direct-to-consumer wellness brand on a mission to improve lives through high-quality, evidence-based products — with tens of thousands of 5-star reviews to prove it.
This is a rare opportunity to own and scale influencer marketing as a major growth driver in a business where influencer activity already commands significant budget, leadership attention, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll be doing:
- Designing and executing influencer strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms.
- Building scalable workflows to engage long-tail creators, micro-influencers, and ambassadors at scale.
- Bringing in the right tooling, data structure, and attribution frameworks to drive smarter decisions.
- Leading and developing a talented team, bringing structure and clarity while leaving room for creativity.
- Partnering cross-functionally with performance marketing, eCommerce, product, and leadership to ensure influencer is at the heart of growth.
- Constantly seeking ways to improve, test, and raise the bar on influencer impact.
About you:
- You’ve owned and scaled influencer programs, ideally in a high-growth DTC environment.
- You’re as comfortable building relationships with creators as you are digging into performance data and optimising for ROI.
- You’ve led or mentored teams and know how to bring structure and clarity without losing creativity.
- You understand what makes health & wellness customers tick, and you care about promoting products that actually improve lives.
- You’re fluent in English and based in (or willing to relocate to) Berlin.
