The following challenges await you:

• Lead a team of three professionals and be responsible for driving decisions and strategies, processes, analytics, digitalization efforts, training and sustainability within the Heraeus Group's global procurement organization.
• Identify the digitalization potential in existing procurement processes, especially regarding use cases for artificial intelligence.
• Establish a sustainability framework for the procurement organizations of the Heraeus Group.
• Lead global procurement projects and ensure their successful implementation.
• Implement and ensure the requirements of upcoming international regulations in close cooperation with the Procurement peers in our Operating Companies.

Your Profile:

• University degree (diploma/master) in Business Administration or Engineering, or similar.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in purchasing, finance, consulting or project management, ideally with leadership experience in an international context.
• Cutting-edge knowledge and experiences in projects, processes, tools and systems related to Procurement, Excellence and Digitalization Projects.
• International (working) background is highly welcomed.
• High persuasiveness and negotiation skills combined with a winning and enthusiastic personality promoting collaborative work.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken; German is a plus but not required.
