Your tasks:

1. Create and drive the transformation of global finance processes with our international Global Solution Center (GSC) and various stakeholders.
2. Define the financial model for the “OneGSC Target Picture,” including tools, platforms, and dashboards to track the project financials.
3. Create and manage effective governance mechanisms, e.g., Steering Committees, deep dives, retrospectives, etc.
4. Lead and track the project progress, interdependencies, risks, as well as decision requirements, and provide regular updates to GSC Leadership and METRO AG board.
5. Proactively identify and track other METRO initiatives with influence on potential expansion for GSC.
6. Coordinate with functional leaders to ensure execution.
7. Create and drive change management and communication strategy for GSC transformation; design and deliver related workshops and events.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Degree in business administration with a specialization in Finance.
2. Solid financial background and 7+ years experience in managing large-scale international projects.
3. Skills in Change Management and workshop facilitation.
4. Excellent communication, intercultural skills, and stakeholder management abilities.
5. Fluent in English.
