Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring a suitable and cost-efficient location structure and strategy for all buildings and facilities
• Acquisition, new construction, and conversion projects for land, buildings, and building infrastructure
• Coordination and responsibility for an overarching facility strategy
• Responsibility for large individual projects such as new buildings, strategic plant expansions, plant optimizations, site relocations, and the like
• Management of an interdisciplinary implementation team, including external consultants and planners
• Creation and implementation of construction, TGA, and facility standards at all locations and enforcement of these standards
• Division management and personnel management for the Facility division, including budget responsibility

Your profile:

• Completed studies (diploma/master's degree) in the fields of civil engineering, architecture, technical building services, property management, or facility management, or a comparable degree
• Professional experience as a manager in the field of facility management, construction, or technical building equipment
• First successful projects
• Sound knowledge of construction and public procurement law and HOAI
• Knowledge of factory and plant planning as well as property management and real estate management
• Ability to manage complex facility management and construction projects holistically
• Focused work with a high level of personal responsibility
• Confident appearance as well as internal and external assertiveness
