As Head of Esports Performance within Fnatic’s Berlin operation, you'll help redefine and elevate competitive preparedness across our teams based out of Berlin (League of Legends and Valorant).
You'll spearhead the development of a long-term performance strategy, and drive high standards alongside the teams every day in our state-of-the-art Berlin performance facility that leads to consistently lifting trophies.
