What we are looking for :

To help us on our mission, we are looking for a talented and highly ambitious Head of E-Commerce to lead and manage the rapidly growing e-commerce business within our SaaS company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, a proven track record in revenue optimization, and a deep understanding of online sales processes. As the Head of E-Commerce, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, optimizing sales strategies, and ensuring seamless operations on a global scale.

1. Leverage data analytics to identify sales trends, customer behaviour, and revenue opportunities.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine sales strategies based on data insights.
3. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
4. Lead efforts to maximize revenue through strategies, upselling/cross-selling, and subscription model enhancements.
5. Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine sales processes and increase conversion rates.
6. Work closely with marketing teams to align sales efforts with lead generation activities.
7. Establish comprehensive sales tracking mechanisms to monitor individual and team performance.
8. Generate regular reports on sales metrics, conversion rates, and revenue projections.
9. Identify areas for improvement and implement actionable recommendations to drive sales growth.
10. Develop and execute sales plans that align with company goals and market demands.
11. Collaborate with regional teams to adapt sales strategies for different markets and customer segments.
12. Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives to penetrate new markets and expand customer base.
13. Lead and mentor a team of sales operations professionals, ensuring their continuous growth and development.
14. Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
15. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs.
16. Oversee online sales operations across international markets, addressing cultural nuances and regional preferences.
17. Ensure compliance with local regulations and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
18. Collaborate with local teams to gather market insights and adjust global strategies as needed.
19. Remain level-headed and calm under pressure, particularly during high-demand periods or unexpected challenges.
20. Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions to sales operations.

Basic Qualifications :

1. Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow-through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
2. Several years of experience working in positions responsible for analysing data to make strategic financial decisions for an organization, with some years in a leadership role.
3. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing sales processes in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
4. Exceptional data analysis skills, with a deep understanding of analytics tools and methodologies.
5. Strong programmatic thinking, with the ability to design and execute A/B tests and experiments.
6. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
7. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
8. Strategic mindset with the capability to develop and execute sales plans that align with company objectives.
9. Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
10. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, make decisions under pressure, and lead through uncertainty.
