Head of Delivery Service Management DACH

Rohlík is a European leader in online food sales, established in 2014 in the Czech Republic. Our excellent service is known by customers in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, Germany, and Romania.

We handle every detail to deliver a perfect and unforgettable experience to our customers. We help farmers grow while offering unique exclusive brands that are not sold in other chains. We have over 800,000 customers in Europe, a new warehouse in Berlin, and hundreds of cars that deliver many purchases every day. Together we share a passion for the cause and are changing shopping habits in the DACH region.

The delivery service team is responsible for managing external couriers in the DACH region. This includes securing sufficient capacity and ensuring the flawless process of delivering orders to the customer. The key role of the delivery service team is to ensure the best financial rates for delivering orders while continuously meeting and improving our high-quality standards. The delivery service team has a major impact on the satisfaction of the end customer, who expects to receive the food ordered in the required quantity, time, and quality.

Your role:

To build and lead the delivery service team for DACH. Establish processes and procedures around capacity tendering and delivery service optimization. Be responsible for the status and adherence to set rules and processes. Be a team player who wants to move our company forward and change the world of online shopping.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build scalable DSP model in DACH
  2. Work closely with the legal department to ensure full legal compliance of the delivery service model in DACH
  3. Negotiate with suppliers
  4. Lead and set goals for the entire delivery service partner pool
  5. Negotiate favorable conditions in favor of Rohlik Group
  6. Manage Rohlik's long-term DSP operations
  7. Reduce last-mile costs
  8. Implement smarter and more efficient solutions within DSP setup
  9. Control compliance with processes across the company
  10. Achieve set targets

Required Skills:
