The delivery service team is responsible for managing external couriers in the DACH region. This includes securing sufficient capacity and ensuring the flawless process of delivering orders to the customer. The key role of the delivery service team is to ensure the best financial rates for delivering orders while continuously meeting and improving our high-quality standards. The delivery service team has a major impact on the satisfaction of the end customer, who expects to receive the food ordered in the required quantity, time, and quality.
Your role:
To build and lead the delivery service team for DACH. Establish processes and procedures around capacity tendering and delivery service optimization. Be responsible for the status and adherence to set rules and processes. Be a team player who wants to move our company forward and change the world of online shopping.
