This is a permanent role to be filled in full-time. Your place of work is at our HQ in Einbeck or Wohlde.
Your New Tasks:
- Driving the change process to a customer centric organization
- Leading, empowering and developing the disposition and customer service team to ensure the best customer service to our clients
- Work closely with the sales, production, and the international logistic team to secure the best possible service for direct clients & partners
- Timely deliveries and seed stock management in collaboration with external partners and local team
- Proactively developing the complete logistic / supply chain system according to the German market needs and different strategic initiatives
- Setting up and elaborating objectives, policies and procedures for logistic activities and initiatives in close exchange with Sales and Marketing (Connecting Sales, SDL)
- Local interface between IT, logistics and commercial teams
- Managing all after sales processes, accurate and timely invoicing to all clients, first level support in all customer related topics
- Seed certification and seed sample coordination
- Order management in Salesforce and SAP, Drive automization and maximize cross crop synergies (S4 roll-out, SF lightning, dealer portal)
Your Profile:
- University Degree in supply chain, logistics, economics or comparable
- Relevant experience in logistic services and/or customer/sales support
- Knowledge of agricultural market is a plus
- Operational knowledge of SAP and Salesforce
- Knowledge of general IT programs and IT affinity
- Experience in leading a team
- Very good command of both German and English
