We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Head of Business Planning and Productivity Management.

Principal responsibilities

• The role holder provides direct and strategic focused support to AMH Head of Distribution, setting vision and defining future strategic direction of overall distribution. This role also supports business planning, business management, cost management and manage productivity across branch network, contact centre & remote and conversational banking in AMH WPB, both onshore and offshore.
• Lead the development of Omni-channel and hybrid channel model by identifying cross channels synergy and repurposing capacity within Distribution to fuel future growth and enhance customer experience.
• Design and develop robust ecosystem with automated MI amongst sales, people and workforce management across Distribution, with appropriate benchmarks and metrics for effective planning, sales management, tracking and reporting of core distribution activities to deliver for AMH WPB businesses, drive collaboration with other business entities (e.g. CMB, GPB, INAH etc) and with international corridors. This also facilitates identification of optimisation opportunities and drive cost efficiency.
• Lead business planning activities in Distribution which may include financial, technological and resource planning to deliver agreed business growth initiatives in FRP and other strategic directives.
• Responsible for stakeholder management with AMH WPB Exco and Group teams, activities prioritisation, benefits realisation, cost management and resource & capability management (i.e. support the matching of supply and demand through demand forecasting and management).
• Champion scorecard design, incentive and recognition program for Distribution across channels to ensure compliance to internal policies and external regulations.
• Provide strategic advice to the Head of Distribution Network, Head of Contact Centre and leaders within Distribution for implementation and execution.
• Lead and orchestrate management reporting for Distribution.
• Support Head of Distribution on oversight for Macau WPB.
