As a Head of Account Management, you manage a team of Account Managers who are responsible for welcoming customers onto our platform and understanding different customer needs, effectively communicating our value proposition, and building out a fully scoped solution for them to be successful.
***Please note that this role is based in Berlin, Germany***
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Manage the overall pipeline of new and existing customers joining the platform.
- Collaborate with the Head of Direct Sales to ensure the handover process from deal to partnership is as smooth and effective as possible.
- Refine and optimize current processes including all tools used to connect and maintain customer relationships.
- Hire, coach, and develop a team of high performing Account Managers.
- Develop each team member to increase adoption of the platform and payments across existing customers.
- Ensure clear communications between the rest of the sales team - Collaborate with the team to ensure setup checklists are completed and customers are handed over properly.
- Continue to grow the customer base through up- and cross-selling opportunities by looking at market opportunities and developing our team to effectively provide solutions to our existing customer base.
- Ensure the team exceeds its monthly MRR and KPI targets.
And a little bit of....
- Analyze sales forecasts, call volume and pipelines for overall team and individuals.
- Develop and hire team members for current and future opportunities.
- Listen to calls and demonstrations and provide feedback to the team.
- Create new strategies to help grow revenue streams for the Account Management team.
- Manage high-level deals with large organizations as well as well-known brands.
Even better if you have, but not necessary:
- Experience in selling in a SaaS environment.
- Prior experience as an Account Manager with a track record of success.
- Prior experience working in/with restaurants is a plus!
