We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Digital Customer Experience Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Heraeus. As part of our Digital Lead Team, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in understanding our customer's needs, identifying and implementing solutions that both fulfill our business objectives and enhance our customer's interactions with our digital platforms.
The following challenges await you:
- As Team Lead of Competence Center Digital Employee & Experience Service you will provide technical and professional guidance.
- You have a Team of technical and specialized skilled experts.
- You are responsible for conception, further development, and support of the global digital HR solution within the IT Function.
- You closely collaborate with colleagues from various competence centers within the internal IT department, working on projects as well as day-to-day operations.
- You proactively translate business requirements into digital solutions by closely collaborating with HR colleagues in our Global Business Units, providing guidance to enhance and streamline HR processes for employees, managers, and HR teams worldwide.
- You ensure that our key HR systems adapt to the needs of our portfolio organization, managing complexity and realizing synergies across the Heraeus Group.
- As an IT expert, you continuously explore new solutions in the market, assess their benefits and suitability for the company, and introduce new technical ideas into the organization.
- You ensure effective change management and the development of necessary training concepts, enabling users to confidently utilize our digital solutions.
Your Profile:
- Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience and demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of cloud applications SAP SuccessFactors (complete suite). Proficiency in SAP HCM and SAP Cloud Platform is a significant advantage.
- IT architecture knowledge for cloud and non-cloud applications.
- In-depth understanding of HR processes, coupled with a modern grasp of the current capabilities of IT systems in the Human Resources domain.
- Excellent project management skills in global IT environments, with the necessary flexibility for fast-paced and evolving settings.
- Team player with strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement while demonstrating solid judgment and making timely, effective decisions.
