Head Human Resources

The Head of Human Resources will be a key member of the executive leadership team of our manufacturing client looking to expand globally and will work with the Business leaders to define the strategic vision and direction of the organization and ensure the delivery of the same through a highly motivated team. Our client is poised towards a growth trajectory and you'll be instrumental in setting up the HR systems to partner with the organization's growth.

MUST HAVE

• Post Graduate in Management with specialization in Human Resources / Organization Behaviour.

Minimum overall experience of 13 years in Human Resources of which:

• Must have experience of working in EU and is aware of EU Employment laws
• Must have experience in managing a workforce of multi-continent/countries employees’ workforce
• Must have been a part of the HR Leadership team for at least 4 years.

Should be comfortable to travel as and when required.

Should have been designing & implementing organization-wide interventions related to a minimum of 3 of the following areas:
