How does it work for streamers/teachers?

Approved teachers can stream any topic related to their brand as long as the overall goal is to help people become more confident and fluent in English. Some streamers teach English through fun games, activities, and quizzes. Others might teach English entirely through a cultural lens, purely through humour or through more formal methods like whiteboards and props. In the end, there is a spectrum and just like an influencer, you will find your style and develop your brand as you refine your skills and get better at what you do. For established influencers that teach English on other social channels like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, Hallo can be a great way to increase your follower base.

Job Description:

• Job Type: Part-time
• Salary: $15.00 / hour (1-1) / $30.00 / hour (1-5)
• Language: English (Required)
• Work authorization: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland, South Africa (Preferred)
• Work Location: Fully Remote
• Hours per week: At least 10
• Online English/ESL Teacher Job Requirements
• Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED/Bachelors
• ESL Certificate: Highly recommended (TEFL 140+ hours preferred)
• A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume, or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more
• A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education
• A job for which all ages, including older job seekers, are encouraged to apply
