What challenges can you expect?

• You will lead a team both technically and disciplinarily and be responsible for the workplaces.
• You will also be involved in personnel deployment and investment planning and be the driver for continuous improvements.
• Ensuring occupational safety is part of your responsibilities, as well as meeting deadlines and quality monitoring and improvement.
• Involvement in the development and introduction of new packaging.

What do we expect from you?

• You have completed training as a technician (m/f/d) or master (m/f/d) in wood technology, packaging technology, mechanics, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you have experience in leading employees.
• A high level of commitment and teamwork characterizes you.
• Good SAP and MS Office skills, as well as preferably English language skills, round off your profile.
• Willingness to work shifts.
