About the role:
Keywords Studios now has an exciting opportunity for a Group Sustainability Manager to be a part of its team. As Global Sustainability Manager, you will have a key role in shaping and embedding the sustainability programme across the entire Keywords’ group.
This fantastic opportunity will focus on ESG reporting and strategy and will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to manage all sustainability disclosures for a global business and to drive the delivery against, and evolution of, the Group’s ESG Strategy. The role will allow you to develop and display your skills, as you work closely with the leadership across the organisation to help Keywords develop and evolve its sustainability agenda.

Key Responsibilities and Activities
- Own the annual emission measurement and reporting cycle, working with internal and external stakeholders to gather data, and calculate emissions.
- Lead the group through developing its first Science-based Targets and managing the approval process by SBTi.
- Lead efforts to prepare for, and then deliver, reporting in compliance with CSRD requirements.
- Continue to broaden the group’s climate and sustainability risk assessments in line with the TCFD framework.
- Drive efforts across our business to improve the quality, availability and standardisation of ESG data, including managing ESG assurance processes and working with our financial reporting team to quantify financial impacts of targets and KPIs.
- Manage the delivery against, and evolution of, our ESG strategy to ensure we drive value for our stakeholders.
- Manage submissions to external ESG ratings agencies, including CDP, as well as addressing bespoke client requirements.
- Lead and evolve our quarterly ESG Management Committee meetings to ensure the business is delivering against its ESG strategy and reporting requirements.
- Work with our Internal Communications colleagues to deliver a programme that inspires and educates our employees on our ESG efforts.
Requirements
Experience
- Experienced sustainability professional who has extensive knowledge and practical experience of non-financial reporting including TCFD, CSRD and other international sustainability reporting frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of sustainability risk and impact assessment, including conducting materiality assessments, quantitative risk assessments and scenario analysis.
- Experience in GHG accounting and the setting of Science-based Targets for service businesses.
- Experience using Tagetik in a financial or ESG setting would be a bonus but not prerequisite.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage but not required).
