Group ESG, Risk & Compliance Manager (m/f/x)

We are looking for you immediately as a Group ESG, Risk & Compliance Manager (m/f/x).

Your part in our team:

• Support & actively contribute in ESG reporting readiness efforts, including compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and other disclosure requirements (EU Taxonomy, etc).
• Coordinate & be the key point of contact for entire ESG Data collection and data validation process across the group for ESG reporting (in line with the ESRS standards).
• Support additional project management activities related to ESG ratings and benchmark analysis.
• Support in creating and implementing group-wide compliance policies, standards, and processes.
• Document and analyze processes, identify risks and design adequate internal controls and process improvements together with the business teams.

What you bring with you:

• Completed studies in business, management, industrial engineering, or a similar field, ideally with a focus on ESG/sustainability or Environmental Management.
• Strong interest and passion for sustainability/ESG.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sustainability/ESG and/or Internal Controls, Internal Audit or Compliance position; Advisory or Audit experience in big4 would be a big advantage.
• Strong analytical skills as well as strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, across different teams and functions.
• Hands-on project management experience and/or experience in documentation of processes, data collection and management.
• Fluency in English; German would be a big advantage.
