We are hiring for a GROUP CREATIVE LEAD

Role Requirements
  1. Group Creative Lead on one of our global clients. Working closely together with the Account Lead and Strategic Lead.
  2. Deliver and motivate your team to produce award-winning work, pioneering change through innovative ideas, creativity, social and interactive media.
  3. Consistently present successful, high-quality solutions to clients punctually.
  4. Dive deep into the client's business landscape, identifying challenges and conceptualizing holistic solutions that elevate the brand.
  5. Contribute significantly to the strategic foundation of detailed creative briefs, liaising directly with clients when necessary.
  6. Set the bar high, constantly motivating creative peers to conceive world-leading, innovative ideas.
  7. Generate pragmatic and valuable ideas across all current and emerging digital platforms.
  8. Continuously refine practices to inspire, innovate, and adopt novel ways of thinking.
  9. Set the creative course and provide consistent guidance throughout client projects.
  10. Introduce clients to fresh opportunities, nurturing partnerships through collective accomplishments.
  11. Maintain impeccable accuracy and attention to detail.
  12. Stay updated on the latest in digital design and technology, integrating them to enhance processes and practices.
  13. Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of innovative digital communications, interface, and interaction design.
  14. Select and manage suppliers, partners, and clients ensuring projects are delivered creatively, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  15. Represent MRM at industry events, connect with emerging talent, and mentor the upcoming generation of creatives.

QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS
  1. Extensive experience at a Creative Director Level in a similar agency setting.
  2. A portfolio showcasing leadership across collaborative teams, project planning, and numerous industry-recognized accolades.
  3. Significant exposure to European and Global projects.
  4. Proven ability in generating new business ventures.
  5. Stellar skills in presenting information, both visually and in writing.
  6. Passion and proficiency in creating digital platforms and products from inception to delivery.
  7. Proven expertise in large-scale project planning, including accurate cost and timing estimations.
  8. Proven ability in fostering client relationships and cultivating meaningful interactions.
  9. Fluent presentation skills in both German and English.
  10. Participate in award winning work is a plus.
