Global Supply Chain Planner (d/f/m)

For our Supply Chain department, we are looking for a Global Supply Chain Planner to support our team as soon as possible. This position is limited to 2 years as a parental leave replacement.
Your Role
- Secure the right service level of products for all markets in short/mid/long term.
- Plan and manage the dedicated product portfolio in terms of service and inventory.
- Communicate with internal customers and our factories.
- Prepare and conduct the S&OP process with our factories.
- Participate in launch and relaunch projects.
- Monitor and expedite orders, including air or sea transit and follow up on shortages.
- Be an active part of the continuous improvement process.

- University degree or equivalent with 2-5 years of relevant practice experience in supply chain, production planning or procurement.
- Holistic end to end thinking and excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate complex discussions with conflicting interests.
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and good knowledge of SAP R-3 and APO.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and deliver with speed and quality in a complex matrix organization.
- Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus.
