Your Responsibilities

1. As part of the global transformation, you will shape our globally harmonized business processes and our global data model.
2. Support all business transformation projects with their process and data requirements.
3. Act as a senior process and/or senior data analyst on transformation projects to support the business users as well as our partners and suppliers.
4. Collect business requirements and develop proposals on how to fulfill them.
5. Analyze processes and the users' pain points, create user journeys; develop and document re-engineered and efficient processes working with the process experts.
6. Analyze business data and identify data quality issues and their resolution.
7. Develop data and KPI definitions and implement these into our global business glossary and data catalog.
8. Support development of a scalable and modular process & data architecture to build a solid data foundation.
9. Support, upskill, and train business users on process and data ownership and drive a process and data-driven culture and mentality.
10. Design and support implementation of data quality processes.

Your Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or comparable.
2. Experience working as part of a project team on transformations in Operations and Supply Chain Management.
3. Solid experience with data analysis and data quality initiatives.
4. Solid experience with process analysis and process documentation.
5. Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques; Microsoft Azure knowledge is a plus.
6. Knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Power BI, etc.), databases (SQL, etc.), programming (Python, XML, or ETL frameworks).
7. Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, BPMN2.0, or similar.
8. Good communication and collaboration skills in a global environment.
9. Good knowledge of English is a must, written and spoken; German or Japanese is a plus.
10. Self-starter with an analytical mindset, ability to delve into technical details as well as manage key business stakeholders.
11. Experience in understanding how data supports solid processes and hence adds business value is a must-have core skill.
