Global Road Logistics Implementation Expert MO-CI

The Global Road Logistics Implementation team drives and executes strategic customer implementations across multiple countries, ensuring seamless integration of business requirements and operational excellence. We manage a diverse portfolio of projects that contribute significantly to Kuehne+Nagel's growth and customer satisfaction.

Your Role

As a Global Road Logistics Implementation Expert, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing large-scale customer implementations across multiple regions. Your expertise in project management, system integration, and stakeholder coordination will ensure that all implementations meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time. Working closely with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external clients, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with operational execution, ensuring seamless transitions and sustained success. This position can be located anywhere in Europe; however, the onboarding process (at least 6 months) must be completed in Hamburg.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex implementations across multiple countries with diverse requirements and workstreams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all customer-facing tasks, including technical requirements, legal documentation, reporting, and operational alignment.
• Develop detailed project plans, define deliverables, clarify project scope, and ensure the successful execution of implementations within set timelines.
• Align internal resources across multiple countries and collaborate with external client teams and third-party stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify, assess, and proactively address potential project risks to minimize disruptions and drive implementation success.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and evaluate their relevance in optimizing implementation processes within Kuehne+Nagel’s digital strategy.
• Evaluate and refine implementation strategies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall business impact.

Your Skills and Experiences

• University degree or equivalent experience in project management, logistics, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in implementation, project management, or system integration.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects successfully.
• Expertise in project management tools such as Teams, MS Project, or Trello.
• Strong proficiency in documentation, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Industry experience in logistics, technology, healthcare, or key account management is advantageous.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; additional languages such as German or French are a plus.
