Then come and join our global team as a Global Project/Operations Manager (f/m/d) at our Headquarters within the Enterprise Services (ES) Business to provide engagement support and specialize expertise on Enterprise Services Operations, driving profitable, high-quality solution delivery, operational effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and risk mitigation.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• As a Global Project/Operations Manager within the ES Operations Delivery Support Team, you will serve as a business excellence consultant, responsible for driving the development of infrastructure, tools, and capabilities essential for achieving operational excellence and driving successful outcomes for our evolving business.
• Leveraging your expertise in business processes, complex program and project management, and operational delivery, you will drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and the sharing of best practices within ES Operations.
• You will identify and develop new business improvement opportunities, along with the methodologies and processes needed to enhance service and solution delivery performance.
• You will ensure operational excellence by developing and managing country-specific engagement & support plans for the countries and regions assigned to you.
• You will foster capability enablement by providing education and facilitating knowledge sharing, empowering country stakeholders to ensure best-in-class implementation.
• You will monitor, assess, and report on service delivery performance, operational capabilities, and key ES Operational KPIs to guarantee profitable, high-quality solutions, operational effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and risk mitigation.
  
  

• You possess a successfully completed university degree in a technical, business, program, project or operations management-related discipline.
• You have many years of experience as a manager in healthcare business, complex program, project or operations management disciplines.
• You have significant experience in (healthcare) customer & complex project or program management delivery, either in a business, program, project or operational-related role.
• You have experience leveraging digital tools and data analytics to drive delivery excellence.
  
  

• You have a very good command of the English language. Additional language skills will be considered an asset.
• You possess strong presentation, customer-facing and intercultural communication skills.
• You have experience and proven success in diverse stakeholder engagement.
• You have a proven track record of your ability to plan and organize, in order to achieve short and longer-term objectives.
• You have the ability to work well in a team and to provide both expertise, support and mentorship when needed in your team and for other team members.
