Global Product Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

Purpose of Position

Since the inception of our product marketing team at Awin, we've redefined how the industry perceives Awin and transformed how Awin communicated its value to customers and prospects. We've successfully launched seasonal releases and are now seeking a Global Product Marketing Manager to help us take our product marketing efforts to the next level.

As a Global Product Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing innovative products to market and driving user adoption. You ensure the seamless integration of new features and product adoption by crafting targeted assets and training that empower our internal teams.

You'll be a part of our dynamic marketing team under the leadership of the Global Head of Product Marketing. Working alongside a voice of the customer specialist and three other Product Marketing Managers, each specialising in a distinct phase of the customer journey and product launches. You'll have the unique opportunity to deepen your expertise and drive innovation, without the added responsibility of managing a team.

This role is perfect for you if you're a product marketing manager with experience in a tech/SaaS organization. However, even if you don't have a background in tech, we're looking for someone who is an expert in product marketing and has a proven track record of driving innovative and successful campaigns.

Key Tasks

1. Enhance our compelling product positioning to differentiate the product from competitors and highlight its unique selling points.
2. Collaborate with the product team to align Awin products with customer needs, developing market-leading propositions.
3. Communicate the value proposition of the products to our teams and develop sales tools that emphasise the product's unique benefits including training materials, presentations, and demos.
4. Ensure accurate collateral updates preventing duplications and identify gaps in collateral where more should be created.
5. Analyse marketplace trends, customer feedback and data to ensure a customer-centric approach in all product marketing campaigns.
6. Ensure ongoing marketing activity complements marketing and global Awin objectives and strategy.
7. Develop an in-depth knowledge of company products so you can translate technical details into benefits.

Skills & Expertise

Professional skills

1. 3+ years relevant marketing experience at marketing manager level.
2. Experienced in targeting marketing and communications based on client need.
3. Clear understanding of how to track and report on multi-channel campaigns.
4. Analytic skills and an ability to use data sources to monitor and improve success such as Amplitude or GA4.
5. Commercially aware with a good understanding of market drivers and client needs.
6. Excellent written and spoken English.
