What you'll do
- Manage the global gypsum plaster portfolio within the Knauf Gypsum Division.
- Act as an interface between the various regional and local product managers and other global teams such as Global R&D, Global Procurement or Knauf Digital.
- Derive a global product strategy for the gypsum plaster business by comparing the product portfolios of the regions and identifying the corresponding needs for product or portfolio improvements.
- Summarize the identified product requirements in global projects and transfer them to the global R&D innovation pipeline.
- Track the global business results (sales, volume, EBITDA, etc.) in your product group and ensure that the country organizations in your area continuously monitor market trends, customer needs and competitive activities.
Who you are
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Marketing.
- Proven experience in product management and extensive technical expertise in plaster business and rendering.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills to identify market trends and portfolio gaps.
- Fluency in English; basic willingness to travel abroad on business; other languages are an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact actively and transparently with different hierarchical levels, departments and countries.
