  • Primary responsible for designing and managing an engaging HR experience architecture for establishing a customer-centric HR service delivery.
  • Create seamlessly integrated service experiences with HR and other enterprise digital applications.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing customer segments, channels, processes, roles, data, and technologies to identify areas for enhancement around HR user and/or customer experiences.
  • Support review and improve HR services and operations through emerging technologies, harmonization, feedback from the business, and overall HR user and/or customer experience.
  • Ensure the day-to-day performance metrics of the regional HR service delivery, HR customer experience improvements, and KPI’s alignment with other interlinked solutions including processes, technology, data insights, etc.
  • Design and implement global ASK HR solutions, portal, and automation/intelligence by integrating the experience layers around the entire HR experience and technology landscape and be accountable for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with IT teams (enterprise architecture, application/data architecture, and application support) to identify opportunities to transform experiences for customers and employees with end-to-end digital workflows. Audit existing workflows and blueprint development for new workflow experiences, identifying opportunities for improvement and experimentation.
  • Develop customer and employee personas and measures to quantify the business impact of suboptimal experiences.
  • Design new touchpoints to evolve in-person and digital experiences by translating aspects and components of the workflow experience to new channels and contexts and work with respective parties to implement new digital channels such as mobile devices.
  • Orchestrate the HR content framework for our Tier 0 service delivery (e.g. Intranet, AskHR ServiceNow, ChatBot or document library) to tailor to the needs of various HR customer segments.
  • Explore new state-of-art technology such as leveraging AI and ChatBot to optimize some of our HR Operations work.

Minimum Requirements

  • Successfully completed university degree (master's degree) in Human Resource Management, Business, Information Technology or similar.
  • 5-8 years of work experience in HR service delivery, HRIT, user or customer experience area.
  • Strong strategy skillset, with knowledge of core strategy and planning frameworks, but also ability to solve any problem from first principles.
  • Strong project management capability and a strong ability to lead a project through from concept to framing, structuring, design, and execution.
  • Good understanding of HR Technologies and HR Service Delivery Business.
  • Exposure to new state-of-art technologies such as ChatBot, HR portal content framework or Digital Adoption Solution (DAS) implementation.
  • Experience in at least one HR Management System implementation.
  • A collaborative nature with strong communication skills.
  • Experience with platforms like ServiceNow, including an understanding of key capabilities in IT, employee, and customer workflows.
  • Experience collaborating with technical experts to develop experience architecture or process designs.
  • Experience with system integrations, APIs, HR Analytics, and various architectures would be an added advantage.
  • Experience measuring customer and employee experiences will be a plus.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Travel required, if needed.
