As Global Event Manager (B2B), you will be working on creating the most innovative and exciting events in Europe and the UK, to win new Hive fans and make our current brands love us even more. As part of this role, you will:
Drive Impact: Create and continuously improve a best-in-class event strategy across our 5 markets (soon to be 6) and win new customers, excite existing ones and become known to be the most innovative logistics company in the world.
Manage with precision: Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including budgeting, vendor management, and timelines, ensuring smooth execution and excellent attendee experiences.
Collaborate across teams: Work closely with the marketing, sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strong stakeholder relationships.
Analyze and optimize: Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate event performance, identify areas for improvement, and make strategic recommendations for future initiatives.

The role of SDR is a fundamental toolkit for developing sales capacity and building relationships for future business development or entrepreneurship experiences.

Experience: 1-5 years of B2B event marketing experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets, preferably in a hyper-growth scale-up or top-tier company, and proficiency in event management and marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
B2B Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and the role of events in the marketing funnel, with experience across various formats, including trade shows, conferences, and exclusive partner gatherings.
Creativity & hunger for success: You want to drive true results and understand that you will not have budgets like large corporates, but still want to beat them at their game, in creative and innovative ways.
Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Your analytical and strategic thinking skills empower you to identify growth opportunities within events, assess areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions that align with the company's event marketing objectives.
Project Management Skills: Proactive and strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple events and campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
Language Requirements: Fluency in English is required; multi-lingual capabilities are a strong plus.
Willingness to Travel: Open to traveling and managing on-site event coordination throughout the EU as needed.
