Global Demand Planning & Integrated Business Planning Manager (d/f/m)

For our Demand Planning department, we are looking for a Global Demand Planning & Integrated Business Planning Manager to lead our team as soon as possible.
Your Role
- Lead and develop our Global end-to-end Demand Planning process to excellence with your team of 10 Global Planning enthusiasts.
- Ensure a constant strong demand signal and efficient communication between our key stakeholders of Sales, Supply, and Finance along the Planning Process.
- Continuously improve our statistical Forecast and analytics function and assure that the Planning community keeps focusing on the right priorities.
- Create full visibility of all market FC enrichments in close collaborations with the marketing teams. Focus on growth drivers, and challenge (launch) plans and phase out in the early phase of definition.
- Communicate demand plans and related assumptions, deviations from plan, and important information into the supply organization by finding an appropriate structure, cadence, and agenda with the monthly cycle.
- Build on current KPI’s and further develop supporting KPI’s driving value add for customers.
- Build and implement a global result-oriented IBP process enabling growth, product availability, and appropriate working capital process involving all stakeholders, such as commercial, marketing, supply, finance, sourcing, etc.
- Own and lead the pre-IBP meetings with respective stakeholders of relevant functions, create alignment of plans, identify challenges, and find solutions while strongly supporting the preparation of executive meetings.

- University degree or equivalent within relevant field with 3-5 years of experience in demand planning (from commercial to supply), ideally in medical or fast-moving consumer goods business.
- Experience in integrated business planning.
- Very good business acumen and ability to understand and drive business results.
- Strong leadership capabilities and team player.
- Profound experience from working with different hierarchies and stakeholders in a global matrix organization, demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse teams and levels.
- Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus.
- Prepared to travel 20% of the time.
