Global Corporate Bank – German Corporate Banker – Executive Director (all genders) – Frankfurt

We are hiring a Global Corporate Banker (Executive Director level) to join our German team based in Frankfurt, as we develop and grow our global business with a portfolio of large German corporates.

Job Summary:

As a Corporate Banker in our Large Cap team, you are the first point of contact for our corporate clients on treasury topics.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop, broaden and deepen business relationships with a portfolio of Germany headquartered corporate clients together with other senior coverage bankers.
2. Leverage the bank’s global network of coverage and product partners to efficiently manage client relationships around the world.
3. Identify and address clients’ needs together with our products partners, driving and coordinating the tailored marketing and delivery of suitable products.
4. Work with a full set of corporate banking products, including cash management, working capital finance, debt capital markets, lending products, markets/derivatives products, securities services, and asset management products.
5. On-board clients and present the respective business and credit cases to internal partners and committees.
6. Act as the first line of defense for continuous credit quality monitoring.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

1. Relevant experience in coverage of corporate clients in Germany and managing client relationships.
2. Proven ability to develop trusted client relationships and networks, win new business, and close transactions with strong commercial judgment.
3. Ability to build internal networks and manage cross-cultural environments with teams around the world.
4. In-depth knowledge of at least some corporate banking products.
5. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
6. Great team player with strong interpersonal skills and consistently high standards of personal integrity and commercial judgment.
7. Fluency in English and German required.
