• Determine how to best capture and interpret customer and potential customer data from a range of sources and communicate the findings across functions.
• Perform both quantitative and qualitative analysis to learn what motivates customers, and leverage this data in support of business interests.
• Lead on customer propensity analysis and leverage this intelligence to improve marketing strategy, as well as design research programs to address business needs.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources and translate findings into actionable B2B customer insights and recommendations.
• Identify customer unmet needs and research tactical and transformation solutions.
• Manage data quality and ensure actionable uses organization-wide.
• Provide expert advice on the best analytical tools and software.
• Develop a strategic data transformation plan and communicate this framework to relevant stakeholders.
