P&O at TecAlliance means 25+ global colleagues across HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Reception, and our Operations Experts, known as PSP.
This newly created role is designed to support the largest HR project in our history: the Dayforce HRIS integration, impacting approximately 1,000 employees worldwide with all core HR services. You will co-manage this transformative project and work on improving payroll processes and supporting future HR projects (e.g., Compliance, Personnel Planning, etc.).
What does this role entail?
A LOT of quality (project) work. You'll be transforming unsorted and unstructured data from Excel tables into relevant, easy-to-use information for reporting, payroll, and implementation. You’ll work with colleagues globally to assign and track project tasks, align communication and processes, and collect and refine data.

This role can be based anywhere in Germany, whether from home or any of our locations, preferably in Cologne. We are looking for candidates who can start immediately or very soon, as this project is already underway and will continue until at least the end of this year.
