Your Responsibilities

1. Provide outstanding IT and customer support to German-speaking clients via email, phone, and chat
2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to enhance user satisfaction
3. Educate customers on product features and best practices to optimize their experience
4. Document customer interactions and technical issues thoroughly in our CRM system
5. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals and improve processes
6. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and company products through continuous learning

1. Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential
2. Strong technical skills and an aptitude for troubleshooting
3. Prior experience in IT support or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
