Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding IT and customer support to German-speaking clients via email, phone, and chat.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to enhance user satisfaction.
• Educate customers on product features and best practices to optimize their experience.
• Document customer interactions and technical issues thoroughly in our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals and improve processes.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and company products through continuous learning.

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong technical skills and an aptitude for troubleshooting.
• Prior experience in IT support or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
