Your Responsibilities

1. Review and moderate video content submitted by users in German, ensuring compliance with company policies
2. Identify and remove inappropriate or harmful content promptly
3. Engage with the community to promote positive interactions and provide feedback
4. Document and report any trends or issues regarding content moderation
5. Collaborate with your team to refine moderation processes and improve user satisfaction

1. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required
2. A strong interest in social media and video content moderation
3. Prior experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory
4. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
