As a Video Content Analyst, you will play a crucial role in reviewing online content, ensuring it meets platform guidelines, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. You will also assist in maintaining high-quality standards for social media content and customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review and moderate online videos, content, complaints, and legal notices regarding copyright material.
• Update and maintain content on a popular social media platform.
• Audit received content for social media uploads.
• Ensure that services meet contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client products and services.
• Strictly adhere to client accuracy guidelines.
• Ensure customer data protection and compliance with processes.

Profile - Nice to Have :

• Fluency in German (B2-C1) and intermediate proficiency in English (B2).
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
• High attention to detail with strong dependability.
• Skilled in multitasking with a flexible and adaptable approach.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a high-production, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Patience and professionalism in customer contact situations.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
