We are seeking a German-Speaking Marketing & Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our German-speaking clients, helping them enhance their online visibility through Google Ads and other related tools. This position offers a hybrid work model, combining the flexibility of remote work with two in-office days per week at the World Trade Center Barcelona, a prestigious business hub in the heart of the city.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Consultation and Planning:
- Assist clients in leveraging Google Ads effectively by creating customized marketing strategies and recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Design targeted campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with German-speaking clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
Sales Development:
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and propose additional Google Ads solutions that align with client goals.
Performance Optimization:
- Analyze campaign data to provide actionable recommendations that enhance performance and maximize ROI.
Team Collaboration:
- Partner with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and an excellent client experience.
Reporting and Insights:
- Provide clients with regular performance updates and valuable insights to demonstrate the effectiveness of their advertising efforts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Native-level proficiency in German and excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or digital advertising, particularly with Google Ads, is a strong advantage.
