Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated professional with a strong passion for marketing and sales? Do you have experience with Google Ads or other digital marketing tools? If you are a native German speaker with the ability to build strong client relationships, we have an exciting opportunity for you in the vibrant city of Barcelona!

We are looking for a German-speaking Marketing & Sales Consultant to join our team. In this position, you will be the primary contact for our German-speaking clients, helping them improve their online presence through Google Ads and related services. Your main tasks will include providing outstanding customer support, offering strategic marketing insights, and driving business growth.

This role features a hybrid work arrangement, requiring you to spend 2 days a week at the World Trade Center Barcelona, one of the city’s premier business locations, and 3 days working remotely for added flexibility.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Consultation and Strategic Planning: Assist clients in effectively utilizing Google Ads by offering tailored marketing strategies and sales recommendations that cater to their specific needs. Develop targeted campaigns that yield measurable results.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with German-speaking clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services.
  3. Sales Development: Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, suggesting additional Google Ads solutions that align with clients’ objectives.
  4. Campaign Performance Enhancement: Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve campaigns and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  5. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with colleagues in sales, marketing, and technical support to ensure that clients receive high-quality service.
  6. Reporting and Insights: Regularly present clients with performance reports and valuable insights that demonstrate the success of their advertising initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  1. Native-level German speaker with excellent communication skills in both German and English.
  2. Prior experience in sales, marketing, or digital advertising (experience with Google Ads is highly desirable).
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and campaign management.
  4. Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  5. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client support.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
