Are you an enthusiastic and driven professional with a strong interest in marketing and sales? Do you have experience with Google Ads or other digital marketing tools? If you're a native German speaker with a talent for building solid client relationships, we have a fantastic opportunity for you in the vibrant city of Barcelona!

We are looking for a German-speaking Marketing & Sales Consultant to join our team. In this position, you will be the primary liaison for our German-speaking clients, helping them enhance their online visibility through Google Ads and related services. Your main responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service, providing strategic marketing insights, and driving business growth.

This role features a hybrid work model, with 2 days a week at the World Trade Center Barcelona, one of the city's top business locations, and 3 days working remotely for added flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Consultation and Strategy: Assist clients in effectively using Google Ads by offering personalized marketing strategies and sales advice tailored to their specific needs. Develop targeted campaigns that produce measurable results.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with German-speaking clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services.
  3. Sales Expansion: Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, suggesting additional Google Ads solutions that align with clients' goals.
  4. Campaign Optimization: Monitor and analyze performance data, providing actionable recommendations to enhance campaigns and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in sales, marketing, and technical support to ensure that clients receive top-quality service.
  6. Reporting and Insights: Regularly deliver performance reports and valuable insights to clients, demonstrating the effectiveness of their advertising initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  1. Native-level German speaker with excellent communication skills in both German and English.
  2. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or digital advertising (experience with Google Ads is a significant advantage).
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing practices, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and campaign management.
  4. Results-oriented with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client support.
  6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
