German Speaking Junior Recruiter | Move to Portugal

Relocation package:

In addition to all this, you will receive:

* A gross salary of 1400€ per month (x14 / you get double paid in June & December)

What will be asked to do?

  1. Collaborate with managers and executives to understand recruitment needs.
  2. Publish offers on recruitment platforms.
  3. Actively search for candidates via databases.
  4. Sort CVs and select profiles that match the requested criteria.
  5. Contact candidates by phone or email for an initial contact.
  6. Organize and conduct telephone and videoconference interviews.
  7. Assess technical skills.
  8. Analyze the candidate's soft skills and motivation.
  9. Present selected candidates to operational managers.
  10. Create and update candidate files.
  11. Manage contracts, signatures and administrative formalities.

Am I eligible?

A prior experience as a recruiter is required
  • European passport or identity card
  • Native/C2 German level (spoken and written)
  • You must have a minimum C1 level in English.
